| AHA1 is a cochaperone that stimulates HSP90 ATPase activity. It may affect a step in the endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi trafficking. AHA1 interacts with HSPCA/HSP90 and the cytoplasmic tail of the vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein. The protein is expressed in numerous tissues, including brain, heart, skeletal muscle, kidney, liver, and placental tissues. | | | Catalog # | A1059-69B | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
