Form 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 50% glycerol, 3mM DTT.
Purity 80% by SDS-PAGE.
Specific Activity 100U/mg. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1nmol of Crosstide substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C.
Assay buffer 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 3mM MgCl2, 3mM MnCl2, 1mM DTT, 3uM Na-orthovanadate, 0.1mM ATP.
Storage and StabilityAliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
