Immunohistochemistry: 1:7500 to detected D-Alanine immunoreactive cell bodies located in the lateral and ventro-lateral thalamus of paraformaldehyde/glutaraldehyd fixed and frozen rat brain.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
SpecificityUsing a conjugate D-Alanine-PC, antibody specificity was performed with an ELISA test by competition experiments with the following compounds:

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
