| Apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) is a phylogenetically ancient mitochondrial intermembrane flavoprotein. AIF induces caspase-independent peripheral chromatin condensation and large-scale DNA fragmentation when added to purified nuclei. Upon apoptosis induction AIF translocates to the cytosol and the nucleus. | | | Catalog # | A1372-32G | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry.
