Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified E B
Androgen receptor (AR) belongs to the steroid hormone nuclear receptor superfamily. It functions as an androgendependent transcriptional factor that regulates genes for cell proliferation and differentiation. Upon binding to androgen, the androgen receptor (AR) can translocate into the nucleus and bind to androgen response element(s) to modulate its target genes.
