ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry: 1:1000 on fresh frozen or 4% paraformaldehyde fixed tissues. Does not work on paraffin embedded tissue.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100. Reacts with endothelial cell, macrophages (activated) and THP1 cells (monocyte line).
Western Blot: 1:100
Immunoprecipitation: 1:1000-1:10,000
ELISA: 1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Matched PairSuitable for use with A2295-01C in a sandwich ELISA.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
