| Annexin A3, also known as ANXA3, belong to the calcium dependent phospholipid binding protein family which play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions in the inhibition of phospholipase A2 and cleavage of inositol 1, 2 cyclic phosphates to form inositol 1 phosphate. It has been reported for the signaling cascade in rat liver regeneration. | | | Catalog # | A2295-28A | | Recombinant human ANXA3 was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
