The United States Biological ANA Screen ELISA test system is designed to detect IgG class

antibodies to a variety of common nuclear antigens in human sera. Wells of plastic microwell strips are sensitized by passive absorption with antigen.

Kit Components	Each kit contains the following components in sufficient quantities to perform the number of tests indicated on packaging label. All reactive reagents contain sodium azide as a preservative at a concentration of 0.1% (w/v).
	1. Microtiter Plate: 1x96 wells
	2. Conjugate
	3. Calibrator
	4. Positive Control
	5. Negative Control
	6. TMB
	7. Wash Buffer, 10X Diluted wash buffer to 1X
	8. Sample Diluent
	9. Stop Solution
Storage and Stability	Store all components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
