| Apurinic / Apyrimidinic Endonuclease (APE 1 or REF 1) is responsible for the incision of DNA at abasicsites during base excision repair. It has also been shown to stimulate the sequence-specific DNA binding activity of Fos-Jun (AP 1) heterodimers. Alterations in APE 1 levels have been described insome cancers. | | | Catalog # | A2298-74Q | | Positive Control | HeLa, HepG2 and Raji whole cell lysate. | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
