| This gene encodes a member of the histidine triad (HIT) superfamily, some of which have nucleotide-binding and diadenosine polyphosphate hydrolase activities. The encoded protein may play a role in single-stranded DNA repair. Mutations in this gene have been associated with ataxia-ocular apraxia. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene, however, the full length nature of some variants has not been determined. | | | Catalog # | A2299-97D | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation,. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunoprecipitation: 1-4ug/mg lysate | | Western Blot: 1:10,000- 1:25,000 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
