| Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 0.5-2ug/ml detects p34-ARC in RIPA lysates from human A431, Jurkat and mouse 3T3 cells. A431 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-p34-Arc (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit IgG labeled with HRP* and a chemiluminescence detection system. |
