| ARH is a cytosolic protein which contains a phosphotyrosine binding (PTD) domain. The PTD domain has been found to interact with the cytoplasmic tail of the LDL receptor. Mutations in this gene lead to LDL receptor malfunction and cause the disorder autosomal recessive hypercholesterolaemia. | | | Catalog # | A3570-65C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Peptide ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Peptide ELISA: 1:16,000 (Detection limit dilution) | | Western Blot: 1-3ug/ml; 40-45kD band is observed in human liver lysate (RIPA buffer, 30ug total protein per lane). Incubate for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Control Peptide | A3570-65C-P: ARH Control Peptide | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
