Applications	Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry and Immunoblot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunocytochemistry:reported to detects Arp3 in HeLa and Swiss 3T3 cells.
	Immunoblot Analysis: 1:500 dilution detects Arp3 in RIPA lysates from 3T3/A31 cells. Arp3 was also detected in RIPA lysates from A431, HeLa, Jurket, Raji, CTLL, L6, and PC-12 cells. 3T3/A31 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with A3575 (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
