Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified B IH
ARTS (apoptosis related protein in TGF-beta signalling pathway), also known as septin-4. It is a member of the septin family, evolutionary conserved proteins involved in cytokinesis. ARTS is expressed ubiquitously in adult and foetal tissues, in particular in the heart, liver and adrenal gland. It is also expressed in colorectal cancer and malignant melanoma. ARTS enhances cell death induced by TGF-beta and is found in the mitochondria until apoptosis occurs, when it moves to the nucleus.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Catalog #A3595-01
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.5-2.0ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C.
