Recommended DilutionsWestern Blot: 0.2-2ug/ml
Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2ug/sample; HeLa cells fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeablized in 90% methanol.
Immunocytochemistry: HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
