Recommended DilutionsImmunocytochemistry: 8-25ug/ml. Immersion fixed NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line treated with retinoic acid
Western Blot: 1ug/ml with recombinant mouse ASCL1
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
