ApplicationsSuitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
Storage and StabilityFor long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
Specific Activity ~ 120 U/ug. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will phosphorylate 1pmol of Ser/Thr 1 peptide substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C
