Kit ComponentsThe following reagents are supplied with the kit	Avidin solution 1x18ml.
	d-Biotin solution 1x18ml.
	Both reagents contain 0.05% sodium azide (NaN3).
Applications	Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
	These blocking steps should be performed before the primary antibody incubation step.1. Apply 100ul of Avidin solution to the tissue.2. Incubate for 10 minutes at RT.3. Rinse extensively with phosphate buffered saline (PBS).4. Apply 100ul of d-Biotin solution to the tissue.5. Incubate for 10 minutes at RT.6. Rinse extensively with PBS.The endogenous avidin/biotin activity is now blocked and the tissue section is ready for immunohistochemical staining.
Storage	Storage at 2-8°C.
