| The Fluorescent Avidin Kit contains 500ug of three fluorescent avidin products: Fluorescein Avidin DCS, Texas Red® Avidin D and AMCA Avidin D. This selection provides for the option of performing triple fluorescent labeling since Fluorescein Avidin DCS is yellow-green (excites at 495nm and emits at 515nm), Texas Red® Avidin D is deep red (excites at 595nm and emits at 615nm), and AMCA Avidin D is blue (excites at 350nm and emits at 450nm). For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
