| Type II hair keratin is one of the two types of hair keratin. It is a basic protein which heterodimerizes with type I hair keratins to form hair and nails. | | | Catalog # | B0130-29 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200. Preincubate fixed sections with 0.1 Triton X-100 (in PBS) for 1-5 minutes prior to first incubation step. Incubation time: 1 hour at RT. | | Western Blot (ECL): 1:2000 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
