| Bcl-10 was originally identified through its direct involvement in t(1;14)(p22;q32) of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The Bcl-10 molecule is predominantly located in the cytoplasm but expression has also been reported in the nucleus of some lymphomas.
