Catalog #B1081-40B
ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 0.5ug/ml Detects human Betacellulin by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) allows the detection of 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant human Betacellulin.
Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml Detects human Betacellulin at 1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
ReconstitutionReconstitute to 0.2mg/ml with sterile dH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol for long term storage.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
