SpecificityRecognizes and reacts strongly with biotin. Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with biotin/OA directly coated onto the microtiter well, also when tested in sandwich ELISA in combination with streptavidin. In Western blot, after SDS-PAGE, reacts with biotinylated proteins in both reduced and non-reduced forms.
