| This gene encodes a protein that acts as a repressor of beta-interferon gene expression. The protein binds specifically to the PRDI (positive regulatory domain I element) of the beta-IFN gene promoter. Transcription of this gene increases upon virus induction. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different isoforms have been reported. | | | Catalog # | B2106-70K | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. | | Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml | | Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml | | Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 3ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
