Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Goat Affinity Purified B IP
The Bloom's syndrome gene, BLM, plays an important role in the maintenance of genomic stability in somatic cells. The BLM protein is a 1417 amino acid peptide with homology to the RecQ helicases, a subfamily of DexH-box-containing DNA and RNA helicases.
Catalog #B2163-02A
Positive Control 293T whole cell lysates
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation,. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunoprecipitation: 1-4ul/mg lysate
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
