| B-Myc is a member of the myc family of transcriptional regulators including c-myc, N-myc, L-myc and S-myc (1-2). Even though the biological role of B-myc has not yet been determined, B-myc has been show to inhibit c-myc function (3). Mostly expressed in the brain, protein expression in adrenal gland, pituitary gland, mammary gland, ovary, and uterus suggest that B-myc gene expression is associated with hormonally regulated tissues (4). | | | Catalog # | B2179-50 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
