Inactivation	Detergent treatment. Confirmation by attempted growth under original culture conditions.
Applications	Specific methodologies have not been tested using this product. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purity	Lysate. Washed harvested organisms were solubilized with detergent to produce a lipoprotein and cytoplasmic cylinder extract enriched with Outer Surface Proteins (OSP).
