Recommended DilutionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityStore at -20°C or lower. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

PurityLysate. Washed harvested Borrelia garinii were detergent-solubilized to produce a lipoprotein and cytoplasmic cylinder extract with outer surface proteins (OSP).
