Inactivation	Detergent treatment. Confirmation by attempted growth under original culture condition.
Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Store at -20°C or lower. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Source	Borrelia garinii (ATCC 51383)
Purity	Lysate. Washed harvested Borrelia garinii were detergent-solubilized to produce a lipoprotein and cytoplasmic cylinder extract with outer surface proteins (OSP).
