| 5-bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) is an analogue of thymi- dine. When incubated with tissue, proliferating cells incorporate BrdU into the DNA during S phase and this provides an accurate means of determining cell prolifer- ation. This antibody detects incorporated BrdU in cells or tissues. | | | Catalog # | B2850-24C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:400 for 1 hr. at RT | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | | | Cells or tissues with incorporated Brdu, nuclear staining pattern | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.
