| CCL14, also known as Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 14, is member of a superfamily of inducible, secreted, proinflammatory cytokines. It has weak activities on human monocytes and acts via receptors that also recognize MIP-1 . It also enhances the proliferation of CD34 myeloid progenitor cells. The processed form of CCL14, designated HCC-1(9-74), is a chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes, eosinophils and T cells and is a ligand for CCR1, CCR3 and CCR5. | | | Catalog # | C0006-02K | | Source | Recombinant corresponding to human CCL14, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E. coli. | | Molecular Weight | ~10.9kD | | Sequences of Amino Acids | MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MTKTESSSRG PYHPSECCFT YTTYKIPRQR IMDYYETNSQ CSKPGIVFIT KRGHSVCTNP SDKWVQDYIK DMKEN | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
