c-Cbl, product of c-cbl proto-oncogene, is a 120kD cytoplasmic protein involved in tyrosine kinase-dependent signaling pathways (1-3). c-Cbl is one of the earliest targets of tyrosine phosphorylation in response to a number of cellular stimuli. For instance, stimulation of growth factor receptors by EGF, PDGF, NGF and FGF, results in c-Cbl tyrosine phosphorylation, in lymphoid and other cell lines (4).

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
