The CA-125 antigen is present on a mucin-like glycoprotein of >200kD and is detectable on the apical surface of normal endometrium and endocervix. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -20°C. Stability tested one week at 35°C, recovery confirmed within +10% in the range of 50 Units/ml.
