Recommended DilutionELISA (2) : 1:10,000 (using immobilized A431 cells)
Western Blotting: 1 – 2ug/ml (reducing or non-reducing condition).
Inhibition of E-cadherin-dependent cell-cell contact (4) : 5–10ug/ml
Immunoblotting (2) : 1 – 2ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Reconstitute to nominal volume with 40% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
