Cadherins are a family of transmembrane glycoproteins that play a key role in calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Several Members of the cadherin family have been identified so far, including E-(epithelial), P-(placental), and M-(muscle) adherin. M-cadherin is expressed in myoblasts and mibht be involved in skeletal muscle cell differentiation.

Applications	Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 0.05ug/ml
	Western Blot: 1ug/ml (Alkphos detection), 0.5ug/ml (HRP/ECL detection).
	Immunocytochemistry: 5ug/ml (Immunofluorescence)
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
