Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified E IH
The deduced amino acid sequence of KIP2 is similar to that of KIP/CIB (46% identity, 64% similarity), calcineurin B (39% identity, 56% similarity) and calmodulin (30% identity, 42% similarity). This suggests that KIP2 may possibly be a Ca2+-binding regulatory protein that interacts with DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs).
