Specificity	Recognizes an epitope in domain IV (aa 543-673) of human, rat, pig and bovine calpastatin. Detects bands of ~150, ~125, ~90 and ~70kDa by Western blot, which have been suggested to correspond to protein isoforms translated from different start sites. Does not cross-react with calpains or calmodulin.
