| Calponin is a thin filament associated protein that binds calmodulin, actin and tropomyosin. The multi-gene family of calponins includes calponin 1 (CNN1), 2 (CNN2) and 3 (CNN3). CNN1 is expressed in smooth muscle and tissues containing significant amounts of smooth muscle. This antibody is predicted to detect all three forms of calponin. | | | Catalog # | C1035-40F | | Application | Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytometry.
