| Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizing drug used primarily in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder, as well as trigeminal neuralgia. | | | Catalog # | C1080-01D | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:160 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light. | | Form | Supplied as a liquid.
