Recommended Dilution	ELISA: 0.05ug/ml
	Western Blot: 1ug/ml for AP/BCIP/NBT (MTT) Detection; 0.1ug/ml for HRPO/ECL Detecton
	Immunocytochemistry: 0.1-1ug/ml
	Immunoprecipitation: 1-10ug/ml per 10e6 vanadate treated A431cells.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive Antigen Control (Included)	C2069-52C1: Reconstitue in SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90ºC for 5 minutes. Recommended for Western Blot at 20ul/lane.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
