| Catalog # | C2097-05 |
| Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. |
| Recommnended Dilutions | Western Blot: 2-4ug/ml. Detected both procathepsin B and cathespin B in 20ug of rat kidney microsomal preparation (M3893-27). Rat kidney microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with C2097-05. Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-rabbit and a chemiluminescence detection system. |
| Immunohistochemistry: 10ug/ml positively stained rat kidney and liver sections that had been fixed with ethanol:acetic acid [95:5] for 5 minutes at RT. |
| Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. |
