It is initially expressed as an inactive 52kD precursor and activated by proteolysis. | | | Catalog # | C2097-24F | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1:1000. Band at 34kD and weaker band at 52kD | | Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections and paraffin-embedded sections): 1:200 for paraffin sections | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Recommended Positive Controls | Human breast carcinoma or cell line extract. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
