| Fine granular cytoplasmic staining is seen in macrophages and tumor cells reflecting the lysosomal location of the protein. Thus stained cells will often be inconspicuous at low power when only a light staining effect may be seen; medium and high power reveal the lysosomal staining. | | | Catalog # | C2097-30 | | Applications | Immunohistochemistry Typical working dilution 1:100–1:200 using standard ABC technique, 60 minutes incubation at 25 °C. Effective on paraffin-embedded and fresh frozen tissue.
