| Control Antigen Included | C2097-85E1: 40ug of control antigen. The stock solution of the antigen can be made up using 100ul of sterile deionized water. For negative control, preincubate 1ug of peptide with 10ug of antibody for one hour at room temperature. Optimal concentrations must be determined by the end user. |
| Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
