Specifications

Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified IH
CREB-binding protein (CBP) and p300 contain modular domains that mediate protein-protein interactions with a wide variety of nuclear factors. C-terminal domain is responsible for interaction with specific coactivators and other transcriptional regulators.
Catalog #C2098-01C
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 1:100-1:500. Epitope exposure is not recommended (citrate buffer may hinder staining). Likely to work with frozen sections.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
