| CCR2 is a G-protein linked seven transmembrane domain spanning chemokine receptor that preferentially binds monocyte chemoattractant proteins-1 and -3 (MCP-1 and MCP-3). Cells that respond to the action of MCP-1 and therefore are likely to express CCR2 receptors include monocytes, T cells, NK cells, basophils, mast cells, and dendritic cells. | | | Catalog # | C2099-66P | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Flow Cytometry: 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Hybridoma | Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with L1.2 cells transfected with mouse CCR2. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG2B | | Clone No | 10K31 | | Host | Rat | | Source | Mouse | | Concentration | ~0.01mg/ml | | Form | Supplied as a liquid in saline, 0.5% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide.
