| CCR6 is a Chemokine Receptor that is activated by MIP3alpha/Larc binding. CCR6 has been shown to be upregulated in psoriatic skin. CCR6 has been reported to be expressed in intestine, colon, liver, lymph node, spleen, lung, blood, umbilical cord, placenta, skin, and pancreas. It has also been reported to be expressed in lymphocytes, T cells, and B cells but not in natural killer cells, monocytes, or granulocytes from spleen, lymph node, appendix, and fetal liver.
