| CCR8 expression has been reported in spleen and thymus, natural-killer cells, monocytes, and T cells, and at lower levels in peripheral blood leukocytes. Increased expression has been seen in allergen-challenged atopic asthma. No CCR8 expression was found in mesangial cells of the kidney cortex. ESTs have been isolated from human normal kidney, eye, and B cell/lung/testis libraries and from human brain, germ cell, and pancreas cancer libraries. | | | Catalog # | C2099-72E | | Application(s) | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues). Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry: 2-11ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
