| CCR8 (C-C chemokine receptor type 8), a transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, which acts a high-affinity receptor for the chemokine I-309 (CCL1), implicated in the regulation of monocyte chemotaxis and thymocyte apoptosis. CCR8 is constitutively expressed by monocytes, preferentially expressed on Th2 (type 2 helper T) cells, and acts as a co-receptor with CD4 for HIV1 infection. | | | Catalog # | C2099-72F | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:100,000 | | Western Blot: 1:1000 | | Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:400 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Positive Control | Spleen | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
