| CKR9/CCR9 (C-C chemokine receptor type 9), also designated GPR-9-6, is a G protein-coupled, seven-transmembrane domain receptor protein. It has been found that CKR9/CCR9 is a receptor for the thymus expressed chemokine TECK (1,2). CKR9/CCR9 and TECK are thought to play a specialized role in the immune response because both are highly expressed by T lymphocytes in the small intestine, where they are not in other tissues (2,3). | | | Catalog # | C2099-73P | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry.
