| Chemokine receptors are specialized proteins that function at the surface of cells, and enable chemokines to trigger internal cellular processes. Chemokines and their receptors play a pivotal role in lymphocyte trafficking, recruiting and recirculation. Chemokines act through seven transmembrane G protein-coupled receptors. The chemokine system is increasingly recognized to play an important role in lymphocyte biology. | | | Catalog # | C2099-80 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 1:30,000 | | Western Blot: 1:500 | | Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
